We at EDEN Openshaw are pulling together a 4-week programme of activities for children, teenagers and families for the Summer school holidays. There is lots to get involved with, and our rough plans are as follows: - Summer Youth Club For ages 11-18 Mondays, 2-4pm, July 26th, and August 2nd, 9th and 16th To include table tennis, pool, laptops with wi-fi Internet access, games, etc
Family Drop-In For families with pre-school AND primary school children. Pop in for an hour or two and have some fun Tuesdays, drop-in any time, but doors open at 10:30am & close at 2:30pm July 27th and August 3rd, 10th and 17th To include toys and craft for ages , plus tea and coffee for parents
Youth Workshops For ages 11-18 Graffiti/ARt Workshop, Wednesday 4th August, 2-4pm Cooking Workship, Wednesday 11th August, 2-4pm
Toddler Sessions For families with ONLY pre-school children Community Clean-Up For age 11 upwards Wednesday 18th August, roughly 10am-3:30pm Near Varna Street Primary, rendezvous at our Hall first To include removing rubbish, broken glass etc, with a free lunch for volutneers who take part all day

Regular Activities (Term Time except Church which is all-year-round) The following regular activities are at the Salvation Army Hall, 10 Fairfield Road, they are subject to change, and happen Term-Time only unless stated: | |
| Mondays Parent & Toddler Group 10am-12noon Tuesdays Baby Church Pre-School-friendly worship and stories for children under 5 and their parents 10:00am-11:30am Parent & Toddler Group 1pm-3pm For primary school kids, lots of games, fun, craft and Bible themes 3:30pm-5:00pm No regular activities on Wednesdays. Thursdays* Parent & Toddler Group 10am-12noon Games, Internet Access, quizzes, competitions and challenges, for ages 11-18 7pm-8:30pm Fridays and Saturdays* No regular programme activities on these days. Sundays Openshaw Community Church, which most EDEN workers and volunteers are part of, meet for worship, Bible teaching and encouragement at the same place: 11am-12:15pm, each week. This includes Community breakfast (see right-hand column) on the first Sunday of every month. Contact us for more details. | | Toddlin:
