For groups who want to make referrals to EDEN
We have some capacity for family support and for one-to-one work with young people.
Whilst we are not specialist workers, we have worked for several years with individuals who have needed tailored support in various areas, including:
Also, when it comes to people requiring specialist help, we have a good track record of partnering effectively with local schools and agencies, and because we restrict our work of this kind to working with people from M11 postcodes, our local presence makes it easier for us to support the people we've worked with in these ways.
 | How can other agencies make a referral to EDEN Openshaw for family support or mentoring of young people? 4 simple steps |
| Step 1 | Make sure that the family/person you want to refer to us lives in the M11 postcode area. If they do not, please consider other agencies for a referral. If your answer is Yes, please go to Step 2. |
| Step 2 | Please call us beforehand and check whether we may be able to help. If our answer is yes, please go to step 3. |
Step 3 | Download the Interagency Referral form from Manchester Safeguarding Children's Board: http://www.manchesterscb.org.uk/, where you will also find the necesary guidance notes. |
| Step 4 | Please email the completed referral form to us at admin@edenopenshaw.co.uk for the attention of Pete Askew, Community Projects Manager, and call us on 0161 371 5044 if you haven't heard from us within 3 working days of sending it. |
